4 THE BIRTH OF THE VILLAGE Region of Peel develops and implements an inclusive engagement model. Included are: Youth Community agencies, including Peel Living, police Local residents Politicians Architect Regional staff

5 Building a Village ONE DOLLAR AT A TIME  Total capital cost: $7.625 million with NO land cost  Funded using: Region of Peel’s social housing reserve fund – Council’s commitment NHI/SCPI Community Rental Housing Program Pilot funding
