2 2 2008 NA Client Conference Template Create Work Order – Step 1 –Select the “Create Work Order” icon from the desktop. –Launch object: – click once and click Open or double click or hit Enter on the keyboard. –A new work order is created using the template. –Click OK to proceed.

3 3 2008 NA Client Conference Template Create WO – Step 2 Complete the following fields: Entity number (building ID) Title Work Type – change if required Crew – trade to assign Supervisor – crew leader Priority – adjust if required Start date – if a date is committed

4 4 2008 NA Client Conference Template Create WO – Step 3 Go to Accounts tab to enter Speed Code Mandatory field Select from the drop down menu: Tab to the field and begin typing the speed code or Use the mouse to click the drop down box and select from the list Press Enter to make your selection Note: the Account field is optional for most work

6 6 2008 NA Client Conference Template Create WO – Step 5 Go to the Description tab to record more details about the problem as required. up to 2000 characters of descriptive text. For more space for additional information, use: the “OLE Canvas” view (Word document) or an attachment

7 7 2008 NA Client Conference Template Create WO – Step 6 On the Client tab: enter the appropriate information. all are text fields.
