These skills develop gradually during their education, and in different ways during placement and in different modules. A long term goal is that the student after completing the program will show a cumulative capacity to act professionally. The students during their education, along with their teacher trainers, find ways that make the different competencies to integrated parts in the upcoming work as a teacher.
