6 CONTENT 1. All the points presented should be relevant to the topic. 2. The points should be organized in a logical sequence to help your reader/listener to understand your message. 3. Keep to one point at a time and use information (examples, data, figures…) to support it. 4. Time allocated for each point should be carefully set.

7 LANGUAGE Use simple, clear and accurate language so that your audience can understand your message easily.

All these audio-visual aids can be used for: assisting understanding the message providing examples emphasizing a key point showing the structure of the presentation arousing and sustaining interest saving time making points memorable

9 OTHERS 1. Keep good use of eye contact with the audience. 2. Use appropriate gesture and body movement to show your confidence. 3. Do not read from the notes. 4. Speak clearly with right tone/intonation/rhythm.
