A student is observing how tall a plant will grow in different amounts of light. This is what they found after letting the plants grow for 3 weeks: Plant in the window: 10 inches Plant sitting near lamp: 8 inches Plant sitting inside of a drawer: 3 inches

20 14. What is the difference between a heterotroph and autotroph? Heterotrophy are consumers who survive off of plants. Autotrophs are plants that make their own energy.

21 15. What organisms release carbon dioxide? (Heterotrophs) Humans… Dogs… Cats… Fish… Insects… And the list goes on…
