There are several ways to search for records. On the left side of the screen you can select a data range and chose whether you want to look for the trailer, the SCAC Code, or all Inbound trailers. You can also search these fields without a date range. On the right side of the screen you look at another group of reports. Todays Inbound & Todays Outbound: These reports will show you all the trailers that have come in or out in the last 4 hours. Find Duplicates: This report will show you all the entries that have the same SCAC, Trl #, Direction, and Date. This will allow us to better control duplicate entries. Be aware that some trailers do move in and out of the gate several times a day. Yard Check: Shows you all the Inbound trailers that do not have an Outbound entry. Drop, HFR, and Park Trailers: Shows you all trailers that are in these status. LGSI Inactive by Days: Shows you all LGSI trailers that have not moved in X amount of days. This will show you all directions. Foreign Carriers in Yard by Days: Shows you all non-LGSI trailers that have not moved from the yard in X amount of days. Find Records: (Reports screen)
Once you click on [Choose Date Range] two fields will pop up. Enter the Start Date and the End Date. Now Select what you want to look for by using the fields on the right side of the screen. Each field will have an additional pop up field with the exception of View Todays Traffic. (see sample below). Once you have chosen your criteria hit [GO!]. If you make a mistake hit [Clear], this clear all the fields. Example: To look at all the Inbound trailers from 4-14 to 4- 15, enter your date range. Now click on [Select Direction]. This will bring up an addition field on the left. Select Inbound. Now hit [GO!]. Your report will pull up. Reports Cont.
