2. The ASB Offices President: The visionary and overall leader of ASB. This is an office with tremendous responsibility and the President must be accessible at all times. Please keep in mind that absences, tardies and discipline issues hinder the Presidency-maturity and communication are a must. 1 person plus COS

3. Vice President The Office of Vice President is really a managerial position in which the person holding office must meet with various departments. Communication, maturity and leadership are key. This Office must be staffed by an even tempered, diplomatic person with patience and the ability to motivate people. 1 person plus COS

4. Treasurer The Treasurer must command a good grasp of simple mathematics and sound organizational skills. Attention to detail is a must and this person must have impeccable integrity, as they are handling money and valuables. This is not an Office for the lazy or forgetful. 3 people

5. Secretary The most thankless job in all of ASB. The Secretary must be resourceful, forceful and above all organized around deadlines. A secretary must possess a wide variety of talents including a grasp of technology and an internal sense of accomplishing the impossible 3 people

6. Sgt at Arms The Sgt at Arms must be a person with mechanical aptitude and the ability to set up and tear down events as well as where to find resources and plan events. Sgt at arms must be aware of locations and potential hazards at sites used for events. This is the go to person who makes it happen. 4 people

7. The Communications Director The sole person responsible for the announcements, flyers and any outside communications put out by ASB. This person should have strong editing skills a desire to write and a familiarity with the spoken and written word. Organizing and synthesizing words are great assets. 1 person 2 Assistants

8. Art Committee A committee of people with skill at drawing and visual presentation. They must have great color scheme and blending ability. Great with paint, markers and pencil. The members should be able to see what other cannot and have a great flair for art and the visual. 4 people
