10 When Do They Register? SFA – First day of early registration with Graduate Students Other institutions – First two days of early registration – Scheduled throughout early registration along with the various classifications

11 Procedure for Ellucian Banner Time ticketing is used for setup – SFARCTT to set dates and priority times

15 Run a custom program to group students – Classification SGASTDN – Special group SGASPRT - Athletes SGASADD – Honors SGASTDN – Veterans Lists from cheer sponsors (entered manually) Individual requests from Disability Services (entered manually) Enter time ticket code in GTVSDAX – WEBRESTTKT = Y Limits registration to time ticket holders only Process runs twice daily to find newly admitted students with no time tickets and issue a ticket for them
