1. STUDENT E-SERVICES PASSWORD RESET

2. Logging On to S e-S Use http://www.tafensw.edu.au/ url to reach the screenhttp://www.tafensw.edu.au/

3. Click on Staff logon Type in your NT username and password (the one you use to log into your computer everyday) Click Log On

4. Click on Student E-Services

5. Click on Student Details Items marked with a star ( * ) quantify a valid search on their own. One or more of these fields must be included when executing a student search. You MUST verify the students identity from photographic identification (or ask for all personal details including phone numbers) It is advisable to enter family name, first name and date of birth to refine the search

6. Click on Search button

7. Ensure Displayed on Screen is selected from the dropdown list Select the confirm button to confirm the request

8. New password is displayed on screen and can be given to the student

9. Important Notes Log out of Student e-Services when not using the system Close down the screen when you have reset a password by clicking on Student Details on the left hand side Explain to students not to divulge their password to anyone
