Project Overview Rationale New housing construction on post Current enrollment at General Stanford is 584 with a capacity of 660 Increase of 180-200 students expected due to new housing construction Increased student enrollment will exceed building capacity Proposal Establish a temporary student assignment plan –Student enrollment is expected to stabilize by 2010 Assign 115 students to neighboring schools with capacity –92 students to Greenwood –23 students to Epes NOTE: Students currently attending General Stanford will not be affected by the reassignment proposal.

3. WHY THESE SCHOOLS? Current enrollment at Greenwood is 678 with a capacity of 768 Current enrollment at Epes is 561 with a capacity of 664
