2. Vjaceslav Visnakov & Tereza Kizlo They won the Amateur Rising Star Latin competition at the UK Open 2011. They are the current reigning Latvian Amateur Latin champions. Vjaceslavs Visnakovs & Tereza Kizlo started dancing together in 2007 (April) Their first competition was in Lithuania - Kaunas on 2007 (May). So far their best mark is getting into 1 in the Amateur Latin Championship (Latvian Latin Championships in Latvia - Riga on Saturday, 25 February 2012).
