11 Telecom cables Testers AESA 3432, 3921, Fault locator 3921 Megohmmeter 4735 HV generator Detects resistive and capacitive faults in cable pairs. Displays the location of the fault in the cable. Measures the insulation resistance at 500 VDC and converts it into MOhm x km. Tests the dielectric strength at up to 10kV DC.
