7 FOOD FOR LIFE! We all need food,but we need a balanced diet.Otherwise, we don´t get all the nutrients we need. A balanced diet means you eat all the things you need-you don´t eat t oo much of some items and not enough of others.

9 Disccus about particular food Each group is a good source of particular nutrients. A lot of meals are a combinations of two or more of the main food groups.Goulash and rice, for example, is a combination of groups 1 and 4.A vegetarian pizza is a combination of groups 1,3 and 4. We alsoeat other things,fat,oil,salt and sugar, for example. And of course, everyone eats snack foods /crisps,sweets etc./. It´s better to eat only a little of these, because they contain a lot of fat, sugar, or salt and don´t have much food value.
