The approach is hybrid combination of investment banking advisory coupled with development management technical expertise that enable Ethraa to manage capital development programs for real estate, infrastructure and energy projects allowing the client/governments to achieve national, strategic and financial objective without debt finance scenarios and with a predetermined exit strategy. Our Due Diligence review and Critical Success Factors(CSF)s audit had been concluded in producing the Knowledge Hub (KH) model; which comprehensively constitute an added value for education logistic solution.
