8. Its time to make the dough!!! Great value and fun for all supporters! Each item sells for between $12.00-$14.00 Each 3 lb tub makes 48 - 1 oz cookies 10 flavors to choose from Heres the Plan! (Please read carefully) Kick-off Date: Oct 8 th : Well send the Creative Confections Gourmet Cookie Dough brochures home with your child. Selling Date: Oct 8 th to Oct 19 th : Sell as many items as possible (our goal is 10-20 items per child), and record all sales clearly on the order sheet. Its important to collect all money upfront. **Important** Please make sure that any checks are made out to Oak Lane PTA. Turn-in Date: Oct 19 th : Please make sure you or your child turns in the orders and that all money is collected by this date. Any delay will affect all other fundraisers. Submittal (payment) / Approximate Pick-up Date: Oct 23 rd / Nov 6 th : Please pick-up your Cookie Dough on this date, and deliver them to your supporters as soon as possible. 12. PTA Cookie Dough Fundraiser October 8-19 Just in time for the Holidays, this delicious Chippery (©Otis Spunkmeyer, Int. 2007) cookie dough will sell itself! Everyone loves cookies… Make them yourself or give them as gifts! *Each item sells for between $12.00-$14.00 *Each 3lb tub makes 48- 1oz cookies *10 flavors to choose from Ordering is simple… just fill out the order form completely on the cookie dough order form, and use the attached envelope for monies collected (dont forget to total your orders and dollar amounts). Cash, or checks made out to Oak Lane PTA, are accepted. All orders must be prepaid. Order forms with payment must be turned in by Friday, October 19th.
