11. History – Timeline I 1932 : Start up of Friedrich Pammingers engine-fitters workshop in Linz with 3 employees. Specialised in repair work for mills and sawmills. 1962 : Takeover of the company by son, Fritz Pamminger. Construction of a new and bigger production workshop. Expansion of the product range: Construction and Manufacturing of special machines for the paper, wood and foodstuffs industries. 1987 : Handing over the company to son, Rudolf and his wife Irmgard. Broadening of the product range to skeet-shooting machines for the sports of hunting and shooting as well as to the production of components for the steel and machine construction industries. 1989 : Expansion of the production site and refurbishment of the machine pool into a state of the art CNC production plant 1991 : Austrian Innovation Prize

12. History – Timeline II 1994 : Complete rebuilding of the company at the present location in Petzoldstrasse. Re-alignment of the product range. From this time on the space created allows series production and the manufacture of parts weighing up to 30 tons per item. 1996 : As a result of extensive specialist know-how, founding of the wholly owned subsidiary Pamminger Verpackungstechnik which works on innovative solutions in packaging logistics particularly in the field of securing pallets by means of film wrapping and has since become one of Europe's leading producers. Pamminger Verpackungstechnik managed by Rudolf Pamminger's son Harald Pamminger. Due to continuous research and development in new packaging machines, conveyor technologies and also in new production technologies, Pamminger Linz is amongst the leading suppliers of packaging machines and component manufacturing. 2005 : Establishment of a sale and distribution company called PAROM in Romania. 1997 to 2005:
