WHAT IS ADR? Automatic Delivery Rewards (ADR) is simply the easiest way for you to receive the products you love and maintain your Personal Sales Volume (PSV). With an ADR: –Each month, the products you have selected are processed on the day you have chosen and shipped to you. –In addition, you will receive discounts* and earn product points to use towards additional products**. *Some markets/specific regions or islands are excluded from the shipping discount plan (Iceland, Canary Islands and French Overseas Departments). **Product points can be redeemed for Nu Skin ® and Pharmanex ® products that have full PSV (Big Planet services, sales aids/marketing materials, introductory packages, Nu Colour ® accessories, business kits, discounted products and packages and most promotional packages may not be redeemed with product points).
HOW DO I CREATE AN ADR? Creating a recurring ADR order is simple: –Simply add products to your shopping cart online. –When you are in the checkout screen, you can click on the box to move any or all products to be ADR items. The products you select will be moved into a secondary cart. If you decide that you do not want a product as a recurring item, just click on the checkbox a second time and the product will go to the one-time order cart. –Continue through the checkout process by selecting the processing date of your ADR items along with billing and shipping information.
MANAGE YOUR ADR To make any changes to your existing recurring ADR order, you must first log in and then go to My Account. There is a tab for ADR. All your ADR information will be displayed in the calendar or on the left-hand side of the screen.
MANAGE YOUR ADR To make permanent changes: –First click on View to look at the current set-up of your ADR. This will bring you to a screen that will allow you to edit the various components of your recurring ADR order. –Edit: You can give your ADR a unique name, such as Galvanic Items or Nutritional Supplements; and you can also edit the items in your cart. By clicking on Edit Products you will be taken to the cart where all your current items are displayed. Click on Remove on the line item to delete an individual product, or type in the product name or Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) number to add a new item to your cart.
MANAGE YOUR ADR Submitting the changes on this screen will only temporarily save your changes. You can still cancel any changes you have made when you are viewing your ADR. You can make other changes to your recurring ADR order including your shipping information (address, process date, shipping method) and also your payment information (use a different credit card, update your expiration date for your credit card or use a different payment method). Once all necessary changes have been made, be sure to Submit Changes. Once your changes have been updated, you will get a confirmation page reflecting your updates.
OVERRIDE AN ADR ORDER Conveniently place a new order and have it take the place of your existing recurring ADR order for the current month. –To make any changes to your existing recurring ADR order, you must first log in and then go to My Account. –There is a tab for ADR. –All your ADR information will be displayed in the calendar or on the left-hand side of the screen. –To override an existing recurring ADR order, the recurring ADR order must be available for the override option. If the word override appears under the ADR name/number this order has the override option available for the current month.
OVERRIDE AN ADR ORDER All your ADR items will be displayed in your shopping cart; you can remove or add items to your cart by using the Add a Product search box. Once all items are in your cart you can continue to the checkout. After you have completed this process, your order will be saved and shipped to you on the selected date. This order will receive a unique order number so that you can track it separately from your other orders.
PRODUCT POINT REDEMPTION With ADR, you are awarded product points with every order. –You will earn product points based on 20% of your ADR order PSV for the first 12 shipments. –After that, you will receive product points based on 30% of your PSV total. One product point is worth one PSV.
PRODUCT POINT REDEMPTION To redeem product points earned on your recurring ADR order, you must first log in and then go to My Account. –There is a tab for ADR. –You must have an active recurring ADR order to have a product point balance. –Your current product point balance, as well as expiring product points for the month, will be located on the left- hand side of the screen. –Below that, you will see a Redeem Product Points button. Click on Redeem Product Points to view your shipping options.
PRODUCT POINT REDEMPTION You can receive product by adding the item name or SKU number to your existing recurring ADR order to save on shipping charges, or you can pay the full shipping charges and have them shipped immediately. Select the shipping method you prefer.
PRODUCT POINT REDEMPTION The Redemption Centre will highlight some of the items that are available for product point redemption; you can simply add them to your cart. –You can also search the Add a Product for items not displayed. –Not all products will be available for redemption by product points.
PRODUCT POINT REDEMPTION – Once you have completed your selection you will –either be taken through the checkout process to pay for the shipping on your redemption items, –or your items will be displayed with an existing recurring ADR order and you can submit your changes. – If you manage a recurring ADR order that has redemption items in the next shipment, these products will be displayed and can be edited before they are sent out with the next automatic delivery order.
