3. You are now in the new Shopping Cart in your Virtual Office. Locate your Scheduled Loyalty Orders on the right side of the screen Process Your Loyalty Order Today

4. To process your Loyalty Order today click on the Ship Now button located next to the appropriate Loyalty Order Process Your Loyalty Order Today

5. Here you will be able to review your order before processing it. Process Order Now. To process your order today, just as it appears here, click Process Order Now. Process Your Loyalty Order Today

6. If you would like to make changes to the order before you process it, click on Return to Cart Process Your Loyalty Order Today

7. On the My Cart screen, you can make all types of changes to your order Process Your Loyalty Order Today

8. In the LRP ID #_____ box you can review the products on your order and make changes. Process Your Loyalty Order Today

9. To add items to your order, use the Quick Add to Cart box. Simply type in the name of the product you want to add. Then select the appropriate item from the options given. Process Your Loyalty Order Today To see total cost of order with shipping and tax, click on View Totals in the Order Summary Section of the My Cart Screen

10. To delete unwanted items, click the corresponding red X in the Remove Item column Process Your Loyalty Order Today

11. To change the quantity of an item, use the corresponding boxes in the Quantity column Process Your Loyalty Order Today

12. To use your Loyalty Rewards Points to pay for product, use the drop-down menu in the Use Points? column. Select the quantity of that product that you would like to purchase with points. You can also check to see how many points you have available to use NOTE: NOTE: If you are editing your Loyalty Order, you cannot choose to have all the products paid for with points (Please see Point Orders Online for more information). 13. Once you have made your desired changes to your order, Click on Continue. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order

16. Click on Continue Shopping if you wish to add more items to your order Click on Return to Cart if you want to change shipping information, credit card info, etc. Click on Clear Changes if you wish to revert your order to its last saved status Process Your Loyalty Order Today

17. There will also be a notice letting you know when your order will process again if you do not make any changes beforehand. Process Your Loyalty Order Today

19. Once you choose Process Order Now Your credit card will be charged and your order will ship today. Please Note: Orders must be placed before 11:00AM MST in order for it to ship today. 20. To change your Shipping Address (for sending a gift, sending a retail order to a retail customer, etc.) click on the Edit link next to your Ship To Information A new window will appear. In this new Edit Shipping Address window, you can: Add new addresses Select previously used addresses Edit previously used addresses Remove old addresses Change Shipping Address Return to Table of Contents

21. To change your Billing Address (if you use a new card this will help prevent it from being declined) click on the Edit link next to your Bill To Information A new window will appear. In this new Edit Billing Address window, you can: Add new addresses Select previously used addresses Edit previously used addresses Remove old addresses Change Billing Address Return to Table of Contents

22. To change your Payment information (when credit card is expired, or to use a different credit card on this order) click on the Edit link next to your Payment Information A new window will appear. In this new Edit Payment Information window, you can: Add new payment types Select previously used payment types Edit previously used payment types Remove old payment types Change Payment on LRP Return to Table of Contents

23. To select where your Confirmation Email will be sent, click on the Edit button next to Send Confirmation To A new window will appear. In this new Edit Email Address box you can enter the email address that you wish this orders Confirmation Email to be sent NOTE: This will NOT change the email address associated with your account. 24. To change your processing date, click on Edit next to Monthly LRP Order Processing Date Choose your LRP processing date by clicking on the date you want Remember: Make sure you choose the 1-15 th (with 125PV) to earn the Product of the Month!) Dates that are greyed out are closed Either because they are past, or they have reached their maximum volume A new window will appear. Change LRP Processing Date Return to Table of Contents

25. View your subtotal, shipping, tax, Total Amount Due, and Total PV Change your shipping method You can also choose if the product on the order is for your personal use, or for resale: Personal Consumption should be selected only if you do not plan on reselling the product purchased on this order Change Shipping Method Return to Table of Contents

26. To edit your Loyalty Order and allow it to process on its scheduled date, click on the button located in the Edit column under Scheduled LRP Orders Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order

27. You will be taken to the My Cart screen to review and make changes to your order. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order

28. You can add items to your cart in two ways: Quick Add to Cart Click on Continue Shopping Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order

29. To use the Quick Add to Cart box. Simply type in the name of the product you want to add. Then select the appropriate item from the options given. 30. Notice that you are now editing your LRP Order If you do not want to edit your Loyalty Order, click Abandon Edits To add items to your Loyalty Order, use the Product Categories listed at the top of the page If you click on Continue Shopping…. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order

31. In each Product Category, there will be subcategories that help to divide the product up and make it easier to find. Simply click on a subcategory link to view items within that product line. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order

32. To add an item to your cart, click the Add to Cart button beneath the item you wish to purchase. You can change the quantity of the item in the quantity box listed below the item. The two most recent items you have added will appear in the Recently Added box in your Cart Summary Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order

33. Once you have added all the items you want, click on Go to Cart Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order

38. You will be then be directed back to the Shop Tab home, and a confirmation notice will be given in red at the top Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order
