1. 3.12 Kaspersky Antivirus Workstation 6.0 Installation
Go to folder menu as shown below and select “Antivirus” folder. 1

2. Access the KAV MP4 and then the WinWorkstation folder and execute software installer as shown below.1

4. When prompt for license agreement, select “Accept” and click “Next” to continue.1

5. Click “Next” until come upon the browser shown below
Click “Next” until come upon the browser shown below. Select “Complete” to continue with the installation. 1

6. Select Disable Windows Firewall and proceed with the installation.1

7. Checked “Protect the installation process” and click install to proceed to installation process.1

8. Click Next to proceed with Kaspersky Anti Virus configuration.1

9. Select “Activate using the key file” and click “Next”.
When prompt, click “Browse” to search for the activation key file. (\\master\ControlSetup\IPCSetup(Drivers&Softwares)\Antivirus\Kaspersky Antivirus\WinWorkstation) 1

10. Select the key file as shown and click “Open” to proceed.
(Key file will change from time to time for license renewal) 1

11. Click “Next” to proceed the installation with the selected key file.1

12. Then, click “Finish” to finish key file installation.1

13. After the key file is activated, antivirus installation will redirect to configuration wizard as shown below. Select “Basic protection” and click “Next”. 1

14. Select Update mode “Automatically” and click “Next” all the way till “Finish” to complete the installation. 1

15. When prompt to restart after installation is complete, proceed to restart the computer.
After restarting the computer, right click on the Kaspersky antivirus icon at the taskbar. Select “Update” to update the Kaspersky antivirus.
Check that the computer is connected to the network to enable the update. After update is complete, scan the computer for any signs of threats. 1
