Create an interactive, online community exclusive to UCLA
Create industry and regional networking opportunities for alumni of all career levels
Expand our mentor program to include peer-to-peer alumni mentoring
Leverage technology to elevate job leads within the UCLA community
Develop online and in-person sessions to provide alumni with relevant career information
Partner with a successful, cost-effective career coaching company to offer customized career support (InsideTrack) KD

The UCLA Alumni Mentor Program enables alumni to share their experience and expertise with UCLA students
Mentors provide valuable insight on a number of important topics:
Academic Guidance: course selection, study skills, graduate school planning
Career Advice: job shadowing, resume critiques, interviewing tips, general career guidance
Personal Development: networking, hobbies, recreation, cultural/ethnic sensitivity BJ
