Resumes can be submitted for review via email to careers@nwtc.edu or dropped off in the Career Center (SC235) Approximately 1 week turnaround time for reviews An employer will spend less than 30 seconds reviewing your resume before deciding “yes” or “no” A resume is your first chance to show an employer you are the best candidate.

5.  The mock interview will consist of a 45 minute one- on-one appointment  The interview can be a generic interview or practice for a specific position Walk out the door with specific strategies to increase your interviewing confidence Mock Interviews are a great opportunity to become familiar with interview questions
