1. Assigning a MyRepChat Phone Number

2. What should you expect?
When you enter the MyRepChat app a dialogue will appear instructing you where to go to set up your phone number.
You will be able to enter in an area code of your preference and will be given 30 different phone number options.
Once you have selected your number and hit “Yes, I’m sure” you will keep your MyRepChat number permanently.

3. Where do I go to choose my number?
A dialogue with instructions on where to navigate will appear as soon as your logged in.
The wrench can be found on the left hand side of the page.
When you click on the Wrench icon the app will initially default to the MyRepChat Admin page.

4. What do you do once you’re in the MyRepChat Admin page?
Once you are on the MyRepChat Admin Page you will see a phone number selector. It is the second section in this picture.
You will be able to enter the area code of your choice in the text box and hit the “Search” button.

5. What do you do once you’re in the MyRepChat Admin Page?
Once you have clicked the “Search” button you will be presented with 30 numbers to choose from.
If you do not like any of these number you can hit the “Search” button again for 30 new numbers.

6. What do you do once you have found a MyRepChat number that you like?
A dialogue asking you to confirm that the number you have selected is the one you would like to use will appear.
You cannot change this number once you have selected it.

7. Where can you find your number?
In the first section “Phone Number Chooser” you will see your MyRepChat number listed at the bottom of the section box.
