Pilot
Salary: Starting 2 Lacs per month- up to 5 Lacs per month
Roles and Responsibilities:
The aircraft is typically operated by two pilots; one will be the captain who is the pilot in command, while the other will be the supporting first officer.
The pilots will usually take turns to fly the plane to avoid fatigue, with one operating the controls while the other speaks to air traffic control and completes the paperwork
Making sure all information on the route, weather, passengers and aircraft is received

Cabin Crew: Airhostess and Flight Steward
Salary: Starting 40,000 per month up to 1 Lac per month
Roles and Responsibilities
The cabin crew then has to greet the passengers as they board the aircraft, direct them to their seats and ensure that the entire luggage is safety stored away in the overhead cabins
During a flight the crew members assist passengers, make calls on behalf of the captain and serve food, drinks and sell duty free goods
In case of emergencies, cabin crews are there to reassure passengers so that they follow the correct emergency procedures

Airport Ground Staff
Salary: Starting from 15,000 per month up to 50,000 per month
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and comfort of airline passengers and crew members, including checking baggage, stocking aircraft with refreshments, and cleaning the plane and runway between flights
Ground staff also includes technicians and maintenance workers that are responsible for making sure the plane is in good working order before takeoff, as well as those tasked with cleaning the cabin between flights.

Airport Supervisor
Salary: Starting from 15,000 per month up to 50,000 per month
Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of ground crew in the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo or baggage
Determine the quantity and orientation of cargo and compute aircraft centre of gravity
Accompany aircraft as member of flight crew and monitor and handle cargo in flight, and assist and brief passengers on safety and emergency procedures

Roles and Responsibilities
Assisting customers with varying duties, such as retrieving a different colour or size, or pointing the customer in the proper direction as to where they can find something

Informing customers about sales and discounts available
Providing customer service in any way possible to ensure a sale and a happy customer
