3. Tallinn University Dormitory
Rent: Monthly rent per person in a double room is 150 EUR. The rent must be paid by the end of every month.
Rent includes communal costs (water, electricity and heating), wireless Internet, bed linen, blanket, pillow, laundry and cleaning service.
Moving in: Your name will be on the residents’ list and you will be required to show your passport/ID card at the dormitory reception. Room keys are obtained from the dormitory reception. 
Contract: You need 2 passport photos and your passport/ID. The dormitory office is on the second floor (address: Karu Street 17).
Moving out: If you wish to move out earlier you have to give a 30-days notice, but contracts can only end on the last day of a month. Upon departure the last month's rent and additional internet service fee will be deducted from your deposit.

4. G4S dormitory days notice
Rent: Monthly rent per person in a shared double room is 205,60 EUR and 411,20 EUR in a single room. The rent must be paid by 15th every month, invoice will be sent to your .
Rent includes communal costs (water, electricity and heating), Internet access (with internet cable, no wifi), bed linen and laundry service for bed linen twice a month, blanket and pillow.
Moving in: You will get the key from the dormitory reception (recommended arrival time: 07:00-15:30) and you will sign the contract after arrival to the dormitory.

5. TeKo dormitory
Rent: Monthly rent per person in a shared twin room is 150 EUR and 300 EUR in a single room. Rent is payable in cash only on arrival.
Rent includes communal costs (water, electricity, heating, cleaning the rooms once a week, bed linen and towels (changed once in two weeks), Internet access: wi-fi is free.
Moving in: Please inform the dormitory about your arrival date and time will sign the contract after arrival to the dormitory.
