Vadym Vasko – Attorney, Managing Partner From 1994 onwards Vadym Vasko specializes in banking and finance, corporate matters, employment, taxation, investments, corporate arbitration and litigation. Prior to establishing Vasko & Nazarchuk, Vadym Vasko practiced as an attorney in one of the biggest international law firms in the world. In such firm for approximately 4 years, Vadym Vasko specialized in banking, finance, litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy and reorganizations, real estate and taxation. Prior to establishing Vasko & Nazarchuk, Igor Nazarchuk practiced for 4 years as an attorney in one of the biggest Ukrainian law firms, where he headed the Department of Banking and Finance. For about 2 years, Igor Nazarchuk headed the Department of Law Development at the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine.
