19. Passport Information Students will require a valid passport The passport should be in date for the full duration of the trip. THIS IS THE STUDENTS OWN RESPONSIBILITY A photocopy of the students passport will be required 8 weeks before travel

20. Baggage Information All students will have carry on luggage only There will be checked on baggage for each group for liquids and toiletries over 100 mls and any other items (hairdryers etc) that cannot fit into hand luggage.

22. Conditions of traveling on trip Should any student who has paid a deposit or the full cost be involved in any serious breaches of behaviour or health & safety issues they may forfeit their place on the trip and will not receive money back – THIS IS EACH STUDENTS OWN RESPONSIBILITY!
