3 About CETA Tours CETA was founded by two foreign language teachers. They have been arranging tours abroad for students since 1974. They are based out of Menomonie, WI.

5 Tour Inclusions Round-trip coach transportation between Menomonee Falls and Chicago Round-trip air transportation from Chicago on scheduled carrier, including departure and security taxes Land transportation on air-conditioned motor coach and public transit Multi-bedded accommodations hotels Flight schedules and hotel lists will be available in February 2016.

6 Meal Inclusions All breakfasts and dinners are included The meals are eaten as a group either at the hotel or in a nearby restaurant.

7 Other Inclusions Entrance fees are included in the tour price for all sights listed in the itinerary.

8 Supervision on Tour There is a 1 to 8 teacher to student ratio. In addition, a bilingual guide will meet the group upon arrival in Madrid and accompany the group for the entire tour.

9 Items not Included in the Tour Price Beverages Luggage Handling Passport Fees Baggage fees (if applicable) End of the tour tips to tour guide and bus driver. We recommend $3-$4 per person, per day for each of them.

10 Spending Money We recommend $175-$225 to cover beverages and some snacks. This does not include souvenirs. Most students take $300-$400 on a trip this length. There will be information about how to get currency while in Spain at future meetings.

11 Payment Schedule $611 is due with the application on June 10, 2015. Second payment of $1,000 is due October 15, 2015. Balance is due January 15, 2016. A financial statement will be mailed or e-mailed directly to students and their parents upon receipt of application. Invoices will be mailed or e-mailed directly to students and their parents several weeks before each payment is due.

12 Cancellation Policy Cancellations made through October 15, 2015 incur a $125 penalty. Cancellations made between October 16, 2015 and January 15, 2016 incur a $500 penalty. Cancellations made from January 15, 2016 and up to 31 days prior to departure incur a $500 penalty plus any lost deposits for bus, airfare and accommodations. In addition to the above, the $111 premium for the travel insurance is non-refundable upon receipt of the deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to departure will not receive a refund.

13 Tour Price Price is based on projected air fare and current departure taxes and is subject to modification. Price is based on the value of the dollar as of February 17, 2015 and is subject to modification. The trip price is based on a minimum of paying travelers. $3,590 with 20-24 $3,480 with 25 or more

14 Extensions and Deviations Extensions and deviations may be available on a limited basis. Please fill out the deviation form on the back of your application and CETA will contact you about the price of your deviation before booking it for you. All deviations must be requested at the time of application.

15 Insurance Group trip interruption and medical insurance is included as follows: Primary medical insurance (including pre-existing conditions) Trip cancellation coverage (for a medical reason) Trip interruption coverage Lost baggage benefit Lost/stolen wallet and passport assistance

16 Scholarships CETA Tours offers five need-based scholarships in the amount of $500 each to students participating on a CETA Tour. Application packets are available on-line. Application deadline is October 15, 2015. Winners will be notified in writing within 45 days of application deadline. Winners can expect the $500 credit to appear on their final invoice.

17 Future Meetings Once your group is formed, your teacher will hold more meetings to help you prepare for your tour. Your teacher will go through the information found on- line so attending these meetings will be very important.
