18 What you Need to Review Reminder - Organizational unit(s) for the donor – needed for reporting and ensures form is assigned to the proper organizational work unit upon data entry. MUST use the same terminology as listed in ePledge Important-To be Filled based on ePledge structure 17

19 What you Need to Review (Continued) The annual amount must be entered. Indicates where the amount/pay is to be entered for PRD donations. For Box 5: A minimum $26 gift per charity is required

22 Gift Form Exercise A donor named Very Generous is giving $546 by Payroll Deduction. The gift is divided as follows: $182 United Way Ottawa (where it’s needed the most); $182 Centraide Outaouais (Success for youth); $182 HealthPartners (Canadian Cancer Society)

24 Reporting Give everyone a chance to make an informed decision It’s important to get an decision from everyone – either a yes or a no Keep track of all your canvassing responses Revisit all “unanswered” or maybes on your list Regularly update your Team Captains or Branch Coordinator on your canvassing progress 11
