7 77 7 The operator logins in to the application with his Agent ID The agent enters the 10 digit Mobile Number of the Customer Take consent of the customer by ticking on the checkbox The agent enters the OTP sent on the registered mobile number of the customer. The Agent enters the 12 digit Aadhaar Number number of the customer The customer is requested to give his fingerprint for authentication Paytm E KYC Upgrade - Steps The customer details is displayed on the Screen The Agent then confirms the details from the customer and tally’s with the data entered in the form and clicks the button to finish the KYC upgrade process The Agent then clicks two photographs of the completed form for which the KYC has been completed. The Agent requests the Customer to fill the application form with the details as in his Aadhaar Card

8 88 8 Walkthrough of the eKYC Application The eKYC application icon will be displayed on the Home screen of the tablet. The eKYC application icon will be displayed on the Home screen of the tablet. Connect the MSO to the micro USB port of the tablet. IN the login screen, operator to enter his Agent ID and password. This is unique for every operator. 10 10 Walkthrough of the eKYC Application – Doing eKYC STEP 3 : The agent enters the 10 digit mobile Number of the Customer Only ONE Mobile number of a Customer can be eKYC verified. Important NOTE : Enter the Paytm registered mobile number of the customer…. If the Customer mobile wallet has already been upgraded, Paytm will verify through the OTP sent and flash appropriate message.

11 11 Walkthrough of the eKYC Application – Verify Phone In case the customer wallet has already been upgraded, the below message will be displayed

12 12 Walkthrough of the eKYC Application – Doing eKYC STEP 5 : Take consent of the customer by ticking on the checkbox and Verify OTP Once the Customer Accepts the Terms and conditions, Tick this Checkbox

13 13 Walkthrough of the eKYC Application – Upload Consent STEP 6 : Enter the 12 Digit Aadhaar Number of the Customer Click here to activate the Fingerprint device

14 14 Walkthrough of the eKYC Application – Upload Consent STEP 7: The customer is requested to give his fingerprint for authentication Request the Customer to put any one of his fingers for authentication

15 15 Walkthrough of the eKYC Application – Verify Phone STEP 8 : The Customer Details is displayed on the screen The eKYC of the customer will be retrieved and displayed on the screen Click on the Submit Tick the above checkbox

16 16 Walkthrough of the eKYC Application – Verify Phone STEP 9 : The Agent then confirms the details from the customer and clicks the button to finish the KYC upgrade process Click on the Finish Button

18 18 Wallet Upgraded SMS From PAYTM After the form has been filled, the agent finishes the eKYC wallet Upgrade of the customer by clicking on the finish button. A message is sent to the customers verified mobile number……

19 19 E KYC Application Helpline 18002700910 In case a Resident is not carrying his Aadhaar Number…… Agent can ask the resident to give his` Name His Aadhaar registered mobile number Aadhaar registered Pin code Call the helpline number and give the above details to him, The customer support executive will help you retrieve the resident’ s Aadhaar number and it will be sent to the residents registered mobile number. In case a Resident is not carrying his Aadhaar Number…… Agent can ask the resident to give his` Name His Aadhaar registered mobile number Aadhaar registered Pin code Call the helpline number and give the above details to him, The customer support executive will help you retrieve the resident’ s Aadhaar number and it will be sent to the residents registered mobile number.
