2. Step 1 From the Cuallet home page, click the “Sign Up Now” button. New user / Register

3. 1.Enter the requested information. 2.Select your confirmation method. 3.Read and accept the terms and conditions of use. 4.Click “Register”. 5.An email or SMS (depending on your choice) will be sent to with an activation code. Sign up

4. 1.Check the box “Sign up using your Cuallix or Cuallet card” 2.Enter your card number, expiration date and security code (the last 3 digits on the back of your card) 3.Enter the additional required information. 4.Select your confirmation method. 5.Read and accept the terms and conditions and click “Register”. 6.An email or SMS (depending on your choice) will be sent to you to the registered email address with an activation code. Sign up using your card

5. Confirm account Step 1 From the Cuallet home page, click the “Confirm account” under the email/mobile field.

6. Step 2 Select the method where you received the activation code and click “Next”.

7. Step 3 Enter the email address or mobile phone number where you received your activation code and click “Next”.

8. Step 4 Enter the activation code you received, check the box accepting terms and conditions and click “Ok” button. You can now log in your account in the main page.

9. Load Funds From the main menu, select the option: Load Funds

10. 1. Select the Cash Payment option by clicking “Add”. Load Funds – Cash Payment

11. 2. Select the country where you want to make the payment. 3. Enter the amount you want to add on your account. 4. Follow the instructions to complete the payment. 5. Print the proof of payment and go to the selected location to perform your payment within the next 24 hours.

12. 1. Select the Electronic cash card option by clicking “Add”. Load Funds – Electronic Cash Card

13. 2. Enter the number of your card and the security code (4 digits on the scratch-off part on the back of your Cuallet card) and click in “Confirm”.

14. 1. Select the Credit or debit card option by clicking “Add”. Load Funds – Credit or Debit Card

15. 3. Review and confirm your transaction by clicking “Confirm” button. 2. Enter the amount you wish to load in your account and click “Next”.

16. 4. Select your payment method. 5. Enter your card information and click “Continue” to review and complete the payment.

17. 1. Select the Bank transfer option by clicking “Add”. Load Funds – Bank Transfer

18. 2. Select your country and enter the amount you wish to load in your account and click “Next”. 3. Review and confirm your transaction by clicking “Confirm”.

19. 4. Select your bank and click in “Go to pay” 5. You will be redirected to your online banking, where you will be able to enter your account information and complete the payment.

20. 1. From the main menu, select the option: Money Transfer Money Transfer

21. 2. Select “Transfer to account” by clicking the “Start” button.

22. 3. Select a recipient (If you have no registered recipients, click in “Add recipient” and enter the required information) Click “Next”. 4. Select a recipient account (If you have no registered accounts, click in “Add account” and enter the required information) Click “Next”. 5. Enter the amount you wish to transfer and then the system will display the amount that will be charged to your master account according the type of currency of this. 6. Click in “Debit account” to proceed with the transaction.

23. 7. Review and confirm your transaction by clicking “Confirm” button.

24. 1. From the main menu, select the option: Bill Pay Bill Pay

25. 2. Select the country.

26. Bill Pay - Mexico 3.Search for the biller typing the name of the service or selecting it from the list and click the “$” sign to perform the payment.

27. 4.Enter the requested information such as reference number, amount, etc. that you will find in your receipt. 5.Read and accept the terms and conditions. 6.Click “Debit account” to complete the transaction.

28. Bill Pay - USA 3. Select the type of service of the bill you want to pay. 4. Enter the name of the biller. 5. Click “Search”. 6. Click in the “$” sign to perform the payment.

29. 4.Enter the requested information such as reference number, amount, etc. that you will find in your receipt. 5.Read and accept the terms and conditions. 6.Click “Debit account” to complete the transaction.

30. 1. From the main menu, select the option: Airtime Recharge Airtime Recharge

31. 2. Select the country and enter the mobile phone that you wish to recharge and click “Continue”. 3. Select the carrier. 4. Select the amount you wish to add. 5. Click “Debit account” to complete the transaction.

32. 1. From the main menu, select the option: Request / Activate a Card Request / Activate a Card

33. 2. Select “Request a Card”

34. 3. Enter the required information for the card shipment.

35. 3. Once you receive your card, go to Activate a Card 4. Enter the card information, then assign a PIN. 5. Click “Ok” to activate.
