3 System Settings Go to Start Menu >> Control Panel >> Click on JAVA >> Security >> Edit Exception Site List >> Add below Mentioned Links >> Click OK Note : In Case if there is no JAVA Updated on your System, kindly Download and install same using below link http://filehippo.com/download_jre_32/

4 Login and Booking Process 1.Attach Dongle issued to you by MOM into your Computer and Install the Software (Installing Software is One Time Process) 2. Log on www.momrail.comwww.momrail.com Enter User ID and Password received from MoneyOnMobile. Then click on LOGIN

5 1. Enter Source Station 2. Enter Destination Station 3. Select Travel Date by Clicking on Calendar (Max 120 Days for ARP and 1 Day for Tatkal ) 4. Select Quota (General, Tatkal or Ladies) 5. Click on Search

6 After Clicking on Search Train : Available List of Train as per Itinerary will be displayed. Click on Desired Class of Train preferred for Travel.

7 Seats Availability for Travel Date and Following 5 Days will be Reflected 1. Click on Book Now and Proceed with the Booking

8 Enter Passenger Detail 1. Passenger Name (As per ID Proof) 2. Age (As per ID Proof) 3. Gender (Male / Female) 4. Select Berth (As per Preference) 5. Enter Passenger Information (Passenger will Receive Ticket on Email ID and Mobile No entered here) 6. Change Boarding Point if Required 7. Click on Next

9 Final Confirmation of Passenger Details entered earlier If all details correct Click on NEXT for Payment of Booking.

10 Make Payment Using MOM Wallet Credentials 1. Enter User Name 2. Enter MPIN 3. Click on Submit

11 1. Authenticate Booking By Entering your TPIN 2. Payment Remark is Optional 3. Click on Validate Note : For Transaction Value More than Rs 2000/- OTP will be sent on in use MOM Wallet for final authentication of Payment.

12 Authentication by IRCTC 1. Enter Password received on Email from IRCTC (Email received at the time of ID Activation from Ticket Admin Dept) 2. Enter Correct Captcha Code then Click on Submit (This has to be done within 10 Mins or else request will get expired)

13 After Authentication Ticket will be Booked. Click on Print Ticket Option to get Print out of ERS.

14 Cancellation Process Go to Home Page, Click on Actions - - - Manage Booking

15 Search Ticket to Cancel by entering PNR No or Date of Booking

16 Booking History will be Reflected as per Search Criteria Click on Transaction ID o respective Ticket to be Cancelled

17 Select Passenger to be Cancelled Click on Cancel Ticket

18 Cancellation Confirmation Cash Deducted : Cancellation Charges Refund Amount : Will be Credited in Wallet with 1 Hour of Request.

19 For Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket Go to Home --- Actions ---- Click on Cancelled History

20 Enter Detail in any of the search criteria then Click on Search

21 Cancelled Ticket will be Listed as per search criteria. Click on Cancellation ID of respective ticket to know the status of Refund.

22 Details of Cancellation will be reflected against the ticket selected. Refund Amount : Credited to Utilized MOM Wallet Cash Deducted : Cancellation Charges StatusDesc : Refunded (Credited to Wallet)
