7. Due to our extensive transport service we offer, we have also teamed up and formed a Joint Venture (JV) with Tirhani Group Holding and Investments. This affiliation has enabled us to offer a more broad scope in the transport industry, as we now have an operational team along with Western Energy Transport of over 12 operators running a dedicated support structure constantly and working on our fleet 24/7 to optimize a exceptional turnaround time. Our second and last affiliation and JV we formed was in October 2014 where at that stage a service was provided by the current CEO Pieter Gerhard (PG) Coetzee and his partner Brian Charles Talbot who in their personal capacity ran our Fleet’s Management on a trial basis. They exceeded every expectation and our relationship has grown to such an extent that they have recently formed a company Western Energy Transport a few months ago under which we have contracted with them to provide us the specific task of Manging our fleet and Drivers PERMANENTLY. This has enabled us to extend out fleet to where it is today. Western Energy Transport has provided GM Trans and Tirhani Group collectively with a management service which has taken over all of our fleet’s maintenance, servicing, breakdowns and more specifically sourcing adequate and competent drivers for our vehicles. They also offer a fantastic 24/7 service, and due to this specific reason it has set us apart from any other transport company in the industry. 8. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES OFFERED INCLUDE

9. Our main function is providing sufficient transporting of all commodities from the loading to the off-loading points. We operate independently, with a large customer base covering South Africa, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique, Botswana and Namibia. We have now also extended our service offering to Namibia and Angola. We operate over 200 dedicated tri-axles, superlinks, superlink tippers, reefers and low-beds. The vehicles are registered in 3 countries, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Malawi which gives us excellent coverage of the entire region. Our core business activities are road and rail transport between RSA and Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia and Angola. Local long distance transport (Bulk tippers, reefers and Flat decks) between main centres such as Durban, Richardsbay, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Johannesburg, as well various other routes throughout South Africa.

11. Our fleet comprises a comprehensive range of vehicles, including flat decks, tipper trailers, container trailers, skeleton trailers, tankers, low-beds and dump trucks. With more than 200 vehicles and access to over 600 sub- contractor vehicles, we are in a position to address all our customers transport and logistics needs. We offer primary and secondary transport of bulk, break-bulk and general cargo, tanker transport, container transport, tipper transport and express services.
