METHODOLOGY Literature search strategies The literature review is based on a qualitative study and “why choosing this study ?” The research materials for the literature review was collected from online databases such as BMJ Open (3), Science direct (1), BioMed Central (1) The Boolean operators (‘and, or not‘) used to find the appropriate literature review is to improve the easiness of keyword searching (Burns and Grove, 2009). The keywords used to obtain the literature review are “Type 2 diabetes, Healthy lifestyles, Behavioural change, Health beliefs, Qualitative research, Dietary intake, Physical activity” why? Inclusion criteria & Exclusion criteria why? Helps the researcher to collect the exact data planned to conduct the literature review Help save time, accumulate relevant researched materials for the study and exclude irrelevant data. DATA ANALYSIS The used of CASP framework approach for data analysis. Critical appraisal tools are designed to be used when reading research. The use of critical appraisal skills and tools allows the researcher to evidence the credibility and validity of data and be able to reach their own decisions (CASP, 2013). Qualitative data analysis was used to study the journal articles for easy understanding, comparing and contrasting. DATA ANALYSIS The used of CASP framework approach for data analysis. ETHICAL IMPLICATIONS Researcher avoids bias by ensuring the use of CASP tool for the data’s reliability and validity. TIMEFRAME Timeframe is made up of duration of study, years of study conduct, etc. Help identify effectiveness on patient significant outcomes and harms (McDonagh et al., 2013). LIMITATIONS The small study size and primary focus on successful participants were primarily resource The interview arrangements were made by the delivery staff and invitations to participate were influenced by convenience; However, this limitation was reduced by conducting interviews at different times, including evenings to facilitate participant access, and the participant characteristics covered a broad range.
