2. 2 Update - Siteman Cancer Center – South County Program Highlights WUSM: medical oncology and chemotherapy infusions BJH Services : Radiation Oncology, Laboratory, and Dual-use CT scanning Expansion: WUSM Medical Oncology: – additional exam rooms and infusion chairs – Nov 2015 BJH Rad Onc: second linear accelerator, beginning design/final board approval in Dec; construction to begin Q1 2016, finish Q3 2016.

4. 4 Update South County Phase II 1)Construction underway – lost several days due to rain/weather. Paric is working to make up days. Current target completion date is end of March 2015, with April 2015 opening. 2)Transition to Governance Structure/Steering Committee in September. Steering Committee will be responsible for: Establishment and review of annual goals related to volume, patient satisfaction, quality, safety, etc. Approval of strategic and marketing plans Review of clinical operations and facilitation across departments Approve material change in scope/operations 3)BJH site director hired (Tara Hearns) to oversee BJH functions in the building (Lab, radiology, OR, mammo) and to function as point person for building management issues for BJH/WUSM. Kelley Mullen will facilitate operations across WUSM departments. Tara/Kelley will be organizing operational and move planning meetings beginning in September. 4)Campus and building signage proposal in development; to be reviewed by work team end of August.
