17 AMEP Complaints and Appeals Process A grievance is a complaint about unfair treatment. What do you do if you think you have been treated unfairly? Talk to your teacher, counsellor, volunteer tutor or the volunteer tutor coordinator. They may be able to help you solve the problem immediately Refer AMEP grievance procedure for more information

18 AMES Client and Student Code of Conduct All AMES clients can expect to participate in an environment where there is mutual respect.
