2 How much will it cost to build the community center and pool, and how will it be funded? Total estimated cost for the Community Center is $14 million. Bond cost is $10 million. City will receive approximately $3 million in mitigation funds. Approximately $1 million from REET finds.

16 Membership/Program Study The YMCA recently concluded a market research study for the Snoqualmie Valley. What did we find out? –Approximately 1050 individuals and Families will join from both the City of Snoqualmie and the Snoqualmie Valley –70% of those joining will be families –Youth and Family programs are critical –The pool is essential

17 YMCA Benefits for Snoqualmie Residents No Joining Fee’s Priority Registration for all Programs Y~Bucks: Every year YMCA facility members will receive between $25 - $50 in Y~Bucks to be used towards membership fee’s or a program of your choice.
