3 What is a Go-Kit? A collection of things that you might need when called to activate A bag or box with all the things you will need to operate and keep yourself healthy when away from home

4 What Should Be Included? The really important stuff – don’t leave home without them The sort of important stuff – you will want it most of the time The kind of important stuff – you will want it occasionally or for big events Comfort items and other optional items
