2 Teaching Note 1. Let students present the teaching plan and the standard on it. The teacher will make comments and add something. 2. Let students look at the “teaching technique Book” and the teacher stress the following : 1 ) More practice for them is needed on English hand- writing ; 2 ) let students master the teaching skills on 26 English letters 、 songs 、 games 3. Let students practice simple drawing skills in class on p46-56 and the teacher check the students work.

3 4. Home work : 1) Read “communicative language teaching on P153-177” in the Approaches Book and then work in groups to prepare a period of English teaching with PPT. Next time, one student will give a communicative class ; the other student will explain the communicative character of the class ; the other student and the teacher can ask questions. 2 ) Read the “Technique Book”unit 5-6 Teaching Note
