2 Progression of Consequences Referral to Room 4 Fifth Offense Phone call to parents Forth Offense 30-minute detention (Nutrition, lunch, or after school) Third Offense 10-minute Detention (Nutrition, lunch, or after school Second Offense 5-minute Detention (Nutrition, lunch, or after school) First Offense* *There is no warning After you serve your detention, you go back to “First Offense” the next time you violate classroom rules.

3 List of things that will result in negative consequences Tardy (If you arrive later than 60 seconds after the bell rings) Un-approved cell phone use. When in doubt, ask Mr. Bui. Calculator use will only result in a warning, and nothing more. Chewing gum, eating food, and having drinks in open container. Classroom Disruption, including being out of your seat, talking during teaching, talking loudly during class work, yelling, laughing loudly, throwing items, cussing (cursing), pushing or touching others, and littering. More serious misbehaviors (like cheating, fighting, sexual harassment, and destruction of school property) will result in immediate referral to Room 4, a phone call home, and, in the case of cheating, an F.
