5 Our aims 1. Improve pupils’ examination results at a rate above the national average and accelerate the progress of the disadvantaged 2. Enable all schools to improve at a rate above the national average 3. Create more national leaders and outstanding schools that fulfil the Teaching School criteria 4. Develop a world-class, self-improving and sustainable system that contribute to national research and policy making Our impact starts with the young people we serve

7 Hubs –A local network of schools who come together to pool their knowledge and resources Partners –Members of the hub who participate in its activities Senior Partners –Headteachers of the lead hub school who helps facilitate collaboration and represent their members in the wider network Our Partnership Model A partnership owned and led by its members

11 The Quality Assurance Review A powerful peer audit that provide the opportunity for schools to be reviewed by their peers through an open, challenging process which supports learning and reflection Every year a school receives a QA Review and their leaders are trained to participate in reviews of other schools. The reviews are led by an Ofsted-accredited inspector and involve senior leaders and headteachers

13 All Activities QA Review An annual peer review CPD for senior leaders to review other schools Accreditation of areas of excellence in your school Post QA Review Support Follow-up conversation after your QA Review Sign-posting to NLEs, SLEs and areas of excellent practice Funding for your local partnership Places on ITP/OTP Support for activities, reviews, events and projects which help develop schools An evidence-driven approach to collaboration Strategic support to develop your teaching school alliance, MAT or local partnership Hub reviews Helping you identify & link up with best practice Access to our online tool which identifies subject level expertise Free places at all our national conferences and events Meeting common challenges Collectively problem solve through phase or theme specific forums Use your evidence & experience to contribute to research Be part of a national partnership Challenge and support for your school Support for your local partnership

QA Review Post QA Review Signposting Funding for your local partnership An evidence-driven approach to collaboration Helping you identify & link up with best practice nationally Meeting common challenges Be part of a national community Challenge and support for your school Support for your local partnership 20%35%30% Challenge Partners is funded by annual subscriptions from all Partner Schools and the Senior Partners agree together how to allocate it. Annual membership is £7/pupil (min £2.9k, max £11k) 15% Management and Administration, then… Note: proportions are Partnership averages, and will vary relative to size of each school
