7 7 SSCCER For the Secondary Student Career Cluster Enrollment Report (SSCCER) the Student Record collection data elements for all CTE students include: CTE Career Cluster codes (1-16) representing each of the clusters. The SSCCER is extracted from of the End- of-year Student Record Collection data. 7

8 8 Completer Demographic Report Completer Demographic Report Student Record collection data elements for all CTE students: CTE Finisher codes (1, 3, 5) CTE Special Population codes (4, 5, 6) And for CTE Finishers: CTE Competency Attainment Flag (y/n) Student contact information (phone # and address) Career Pathway code (in Appendix K) 8

9 MSC and Student Record Collection (SRC) provides specific data in SEDF reports. End-of-Year SEDF collection is based on the data from the Spring Student Record Collection and End-of-Year MSC. As with the Fall collection, the End of Year collection includes data for all classes taught throughout the 2015-16 school year. Important facts about the SEDF 9

11 MSC and Student Record Collection (SRC) provides specific information about CTE Serving Schools For all Governor’s Academies and Technical Schools, the school number must be entered into the appropriate field in the SRC for students and in the MSC for Teachers. CTE Serving Schools 11

12 12 SEDF Division Report Review the Student Enrollment Demographic Form Division Verification Report after each Master Schedule Collection (MSC). Review Data Abnormalities and Teacher Threshold Report pages if any, Check “Course Minutes” column, Check “Course Descriptions” for matches based on SCED codes in the MSC. 12

13 Threshold explanations are entered in the SEDF as in prior years for: classes with over 35 enrollments; and teachers with over 54,000 minutes of CTE instruction reported. Warning: These explanations are erased on each MSC re-submission. 13 Thresholds in the SEDF

14 Reporting MSC “F” records accurately: Provides the Work-based Learning Code that is used to report counts of students in Cooperative Education. 15 Reporting MSC “I” records accurately: For the reporting of course sections concurrently taught by a teacher at the same time. The Primary section is the section with the fewest minutes.
