PLAN L- 4034 Template 2.- Take a Webbing A from the holder, check that the material complies with S0123, if so, place it on the panel in the pin template, on top of the previous sub-assembly as shown in the image. Place the material that you already arranged under the presser foot as is shown. 2 3.- Make the first straight seam starting approximately 10mm before the webbing, aligning the presser foot with the pin template. Finish the seam approximately 10 mm after the webbing. Sew 5 layers of material. Cut the threads. HONDA SZA RH Date Created 27/02/12 Date of Update/ Internal Revision Level 03/21/12 Int. Use the presser foot to guide yourself. Finish approximately 10 mm after, cut the threads. Part No.: 623516200B 1.- Take a sub-assembly from operation 100, inspect that the part has the reinforcement union seam and doesn’t have any stitches that are broken, loose, nor any knots according to S0123, if it doesn’t then place the component on the pin template. 1 5.- Use a scale to check at the beginning of each shift and every two hours that the distance from the center of the hole to the seam lines is from 9.5 to 15.5mm. 9.5-15.5 mm. 5 Needle thread: Coats Blue (style135) Bobbin thread: Coats Orange (style 135)

Check that the components don’t have paper or pieces of extra fabric. HONDA SZA RH Date Created 27/02/12 Date of Update/ Internal Revision Level 03/21/12 Int. The repairs should be performed immediately and following the “red bag” procedure. Review the checklist every two hours and use the scale to measure what the checklist indicates: A.Stitches per 100 mm : 30-40 B.Distances between components : Distance from the seam to the edge of the reinforcement is from 9.5 to 15.5mm. 7.- If it meets the previous requirements, place the release stamp on the center of the webbing once the part is inspected and then place the part on the fixture as is shown. 7 Part No.: 623516200B 6 Needle thread: Coats Blue (style 135) Bobbin thread: Coats Orange (style 135)
