Update General Info Current Work – Booster RF cavity – RF5 is back (~11 weeks) RF 6 work has begun – Transformers (Linac and Booster) Update talk today – LCW – Started Refilling yesterday – Update talk today – RFQ – Electrical work underway, Install will start next week – HPower RF – A 1.4M is waiting for 2 nd floor signature – High Power Ferrite Testing – No news – Booster Absorber – Shelving installed – Install Procedure Written – Linac Modulator – Need to firm up FY13 plan – Planning meeting? – Booster Solid State – 82 amplifiers checked, LLRF chassis' are completed – Booster Modulator work – 10 done yet? – Tuner with new ferrite – Any tests yet? Shutdown - comments (Fernanda, Todd, Mary – updated the schedule yesterday and will meet tomorrow at 10 in the Huddle ) END OF Fiscal Year No guarantee that reqs in process will be approved! Working to finish rest of requisitions for FY12. Last day today – may actually be closed. I have no more reqs to sign.

Upcoming Finish up RLS – Update Request went out this morning – Lots of progress – Need to work through the FY13 budget( labor/M&S) into RLS End of Fiscal year – Today – No more requisitions (final numbers – next week) – Reports (October) PMG Quarterly Report – Will have special Wednesday meeting with Ann to discuss FY13 PIP talk at PAC (Oct) SAD meeting last week – information exchanged between PIP and safety with some items identified to be worked on. No news on lab budget meetings last week – lots of issues! Stuart asked us to think about University help for PIP – Items?
