As a GM Premium level participant, your credit union will receive instant auto loan leads when your members request a GM Authorization Number for the discount. In addition to the great discounts for your members, your credit union is also eligible to receive marketing reimbursements from the Credit Union Auto Club program. The program can help your credit union improve membership value and your bottom line by linking the exclusive discounts to your core products and services. Overview

7 Marketing Requirements Quarterly member communication – Complete at least one member communications each quarter for four quarters, annually. The TurboTax program must be marketed in Q1 only in addition to the marketing requirements for the Invest in America bundle program. Please see the TurboTax marketing requirements. Member Quarterly Communication Tactics  Quarterly paper statement inserts or e-statement onsert, must reach at least 95% of members. (Text only statement messaging is not acceptable to meet requirement).  Direct mail promotion to at least 75% of members.  Quarterly newsletter article and/or ad, must reach at least 95% of members.  Email marketing message – can be used to fulfill one quarterly requirement if credit union will email to at least 50% of members. If credit union will email to 75% or more members, this tactic can be used multiple times.  Program banner and URL link on home banking/online banking pages for at least one quarter. Can only be used to fulfill one quarterly marketing requirement. This option is in addition to the web banner requirement. 7

8 Marketing Requirements Website Promotion – Multi-partner banner placed on credit union website, preferably home page, within 30 days of enrollment and continuously thereafter. Lobby Promotion – Place program lobby materials (paper or digital) in all credit union lobbies within 30 days of enrollment and continuously thereafter. Employee and SEG Communication – Include program information in human resources new hire and employee group packets within 60 days of enrollment and ongoing thereafter. 8

9 TurboTax Marketing Requirements 9 Promoter Level Marketing Requirements – January 1st through April 15th The communications items listed below must be completed during the program period of January 1st through April 15th as indicated. Logos and program discount information must be included in each communication. CUSG provides FREE turnkey marketing materials to your credit union to help to promote the program to your members and optimize your results. TurboTax program banner placed on credit union website home page above-the-fold during the period of January 1st through April 15 th −Required dates of January 10th – February 20th and again March 23rd – April 15th TurboTax program banner or text link placed on the online banking/home banking pages, above-the- fold, during the period of January 1st through April 15 th −Required dates of January 10th – February 20th and again March 23rd – April 15th Email Communication – Two dedicated TurboTax email messages sent to members on the below specified dates −Email #1 – January 22 nd −Email #2 – February 5 th Implement tax “keywords” into credit union site search function which direct members to the TurboTax banner or link on inner pages of credit union website −Tax keywords available to credit union as part of marketing materials provided by CUSG Sweepstakes messaging on statement insert, e-statement, onsert or newsletter article on or before 2/9/15
