18 Changing A Students Status

19  Always update students as their status changes  Add students but do not take students out  Never change a students status from receiving service to not receiving a service  If a student starts out with Math or Reading and adds a subject their status would be both.  Example: In August Ashley is identified as Math. Then in December Ashley is identified as Reading. In Power School her status would change from Math(02) to Both Reading & Math(03). Therefor what you wouldn’t do is change Ashley from Math(02) to Reading(01). Do’s & Do Not’s
