Plot 1 – Applegreen Homes – building process is on-going Plot 4 – Timber House - architect appointed. Plot 5 – Resource efficient building – architect/contractor appointed Plot 6 – Passive house – architect appointed Plot 8 – agreement reached with Motherwell college on Curriculum building Plot 9 (ERACO Build) – contractor appointed Total of 65 products incorporated at Phase 2

Supporting Infrastructure Scotland desperately lacks the “accredited test facilities” to bring new construction products to market for buildings Causes delays, uncertainty, stagnates company and job growth Importance of “construction sector” and construction product manufacturing base is a critical part of our economy Good models for such facilities operating in Scandinavia We have skilled experts across Scotland- but not the necessary product test facility infrastructure to enable the step changes Who will take the leadership to deliver this?
