2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Demolitions and abatements are to be submitted separately. Revisions/cancelations will be handled in the One Stop e-Cabinet. Make sure you print a copy of the notification as you will need the Doc ID#. Also, do not forget to press the “submit” button. Emergency Renovations require prior discussion and approval. Project date revisions after the expiration date will not be accepted by the system. An original notification will have to be submitted. Abatement or Demolition contractors may not be changed/revised. An original notification will have to be submitted. Ordered Demolition – a signed copy of the official Order must be attached to the submission. Attachments - please make sure the extension has only 3 character. Try changing your Browser. If LARA MIOSHA Asbestos Program requires a submittal, preview the completed online form, print the form, sign and mail the copy.
