3. COMMUNICATION Absences - If you know in advance that your child will be absent, please email us so we can prepare materials for their missed work. Also email Brenda Newman if the absence is due to a health concern. New Tardy Policy- More than 6 in a trimester will result in communication from a dean Dismissal- You must email Suzanne Howard with all dismissal changes by 2:30pm. Please copy the homeroom teacher and assistants on the email.

4. COMMUNICATION Contacting us- Email is best! If you don’t receive a response within 24 hours, assume we did not receive the email and please resend. Wednesday Work Folders- These will be sent home every Wednesday. Please review the materials and return the following day! 5. SNACK /LUNCH Snack Policy- Please provide healthy snacks for your child each day, unless purchased through the cafeteria. The Lower School has a “NO NUT” policy this year for snacks.
