5 5 GEFA Funding GEFA SDI - State Direst Investment Funding is a potential source of funding for program Workshop held on 11/19/14 to review scenarios and discuss capacity phasing. GEFA is analyzing data provided and will provide clarity on anticipated level of SDI funding at Meeting Scheduled for 12/16/14.

7 7 Next Steps Anticipating 30% GMP Estimate in by 12/15/14 Plan to present to commission to inform them of progress 60% and 90% GMP will be presented in 2015 before locking in contract Should have Feedback from GEFA on SDI funding by 12/16/14 as well Plan to present to commission to inform them of progress Called BOC Meeting on 12/18/14 at 11:00 to update the BOC in these items

9 9 Raw Water Pipeline Design Build Procurement Design and Construction of approx. 14,000 lf of 48” pipeline D/B allows County to understand final construction value up front to assist with analysis of financing. Design NTP will not be issued until May of 2015 (after 404 permit received) Section of the pipeline not included in this contract (location may shift due to Cartersville Airport expansion)
