2 Process overview Eaton has developed a standard Supplier APQP Process for purchased components and assemblies 7 step process Based on AIAG Incorporates best practices from across Eaton Scalable based on component risk Suppliers are still responsible to conduct APQP and PPAP per the Supplier Excellence Manual and AIAG manuals; however, the Eaton Supplier APQP process supports and provides oversight for the supplier’s APQP activities.
